 With four international showjumping stallions in her pedigree, Flamy did not pluck her showjumping talents out of thin air. Her ancestry reminds one of Deen (Phin Phin x Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Burggraaf), who was auctioned in 2013 and is now successful in young horse classes. Considering her age, Flamy is still green, but she shows fine jumping manners, brisk take-off and a nicely completed jump. In short, a very good showjumping horse.
The stallion Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve already produced several top-class showjumping horses, such as Billy Angelo (William Funell), Vigaro (Gerco Schröder), Venus (Kent Farrington) and Warrior (Jamal Rahimov). Dam Wirethe (Phin Phin) is a half-sister to the 1.35m level showjumping horse Violette (by Fuego du Prelet) and the 1.30m level showjumping horse Tassau (by Nassau). The same damline also produced, for example, the international showjumping horse Veltino (by Numero Uno), ridden by Leon Thijssen and Toni McIntosh, and the Grand Prix showjumping horse Opstalan’s Power (by Le Mexico) ridden by Albert Voorn.
