Jemen is just like his sire Harley VDL: very sharp over the fence. A blood type with a great attitude. He bounces off the ground, has good reflexes and a very well hind leg technique. A truly top-quality horse with a lot of possibilities for the future.
Harley VDL performed at the highest level under Jessica Kürten and is considered one of the best showjumping sires of the Netherlands. The mare Pardousch (Andiamo) already supplied four (inter)national showjumping horses, such as the 1.45m level placed Daouschka (Calato) in Greece and Erdousch (Up to Date) which started at 1.50m level under Jody van Gerwen and currently performing in 1.45m courses under Gianni Govoni.
