Having Esmeralda van de Zeelandsedijk under the saddle will attract everyone’s attention. This magnificent mare has a lot of charisma. She is a fine, light-footed grey with very pleasant manners and is very easy to ride in spite of her tender age and little experience. She certainly got her showjumping talent from het sire Cicero Z van Paemel. The Grand Prix showjumping stallion, descending from the celebrated Carthago Z and successful under Dirk Demeersman, is one of the best showjumping horses in Belgium.
Grandsire Ahorn belonged to the world top under Roelof Bril, whereas great-great-grandsire Jasper was famous under Hugo Simon. The thoroughbred stallion Rex Magna xx contributes som extra blood. This family has already produced numerous international showjumping horses. Grandam Jaretty is a half-sister to four national showjumping horses and the cousin of the successful 1.60m Grand Prix showjumping horses Maddock (by Indoctro) ridden by Jesus Garmendia Echeveria and Glasgow (by Emilion) ridden by Normann Dello Joio.
