VETERINARY REPORT

Before the auction, all horses have been X-rayed and clinically examined. The reports and the X-rays are available for viewing on Saturday January 24th; these will be at the Sale of the Rising Stars office. Bidders and purchasers are presumed to be acquainted with the contents of the above-mentioned documents.

INSURANCE

Xcellent Horse Insurance offers new owners the possibility to insure their purchase from the moment of allotment. On the purchase form the buyer is offered the option to insure the horse immediately. Buyers that do not pay for their horse on the day of the auction are obliged to take out this insurance.

VAT

All horses will have their purchase price augmented with the VAT that applies.

CONDITIONS OF AUCTION

In the back of the catalogue the complete conditions of auction can be found. In cases of dispute only the Dutch version is binding; the English version is only meant as an explanation of the Dutch version.
