Douglas, himself a sensation in the ring, had to finish his sport career at 1.50m level because of an injury, but his eldest offspring already show themselves worthy successors at Grand Prix level. His offspring win champion’s titles in young horse classes all over the world and are very popular at auctions, such as Colorado who went for 340,000 euro in the Expo Talent Sale 2011.
Daughter Eurvette O is another remarkable talent. She has quality, a lot of blood, an honest canter and, at least as important for reaching the top, a fine attitude.
Her half-sister Bernavette H (by Colandro) is performing at national level under the Mexican rider Alberto Harari. They are both out of the ster-awarded Urovette, who, like the Grand Prix showjumping horses Unbelievable and Wannahave, descends from the stallion Manhattan. Grandam Pirouette produced, amongst others, the 1.30m level showjumping horse Zoo Zoo H (by Hold Up Premier). Her half-brother Amour HE (by Silverstone) was licensed by the AES and is jumping at national level under the Belgian Freddy Demuynck.
