Evergreen is the champion of the finals of the Open North Netherlands Championships in free jumping at Bronneger. This son of Farmer was deeply appreciated for his jumping technique and power, scoring several eights and higher marks and it was there that he was picked out for this auction. Also under the rider Evergreen is a remarkable showjumping horse. He has a powerful take-off and carries a lot of blood, not least thanks to his dam, the Anglo-Arabian Holga (by Iago C X). She is a full sister to the licensed Anglo-Arabian stallion Frippon X.

The KWPN stallion Farmer produced a whole string of international showjumping horses, of which Lowina (Albert Zoer) is possibly the best known. Other famous offspring are, amongst others,Twisther (Christina McCrea), Indiana (Harrie Smolders), Marmer (Rene Lopez), Que Sera (Jean Claude Vangeenberghe) and Le General (Jan Peeters).
