Carrera VDL, bred out of the full sister of the famous Tinka's Boy, is on his way to become a championship horse with Jur Vrieling. He also seems an excellent sire. His son Genesis HB is not only an eye-catcher because of his model, he has a very quick take-off and jumps with great quality and bascule.
Performance is also anchored in his dam line. Dam Corona is a half-sister of the KWPN licensed stallion VDL Durango (Zirocco Blue), who jumps at 1.40m level now. Grandam Narona also produced the 1.35m show jumper Silvio (Marlon) and is a half-sister of the Grand Prix show jumping horse Opstalan's Power (Le Mexico). Closely related are the international show jumpers Road Runner, Walando and Dento.
