Last summer Helioptrop HBZ won two qualifiers of the acclaimed De Wolden Cup competition for 4-year-old show jumpers. He received high marks for his way of jumping. This gorgeous son of the Grand Prix stallion Tornesch is a talented show jumper but also a pleasure to ride.

Heliotrop HBZ is a half brother of top talent Formidable (Carambole), who won bronze at the World Championships for 5-year-olds and finished 4th in the 6-year-olds in Lanaken with Willem Greve. Moreover, the same dam also produced the 1.45m show jumper Caselli (Vingino), 1.30m show jumper Duncan B-Z (Up to Date) and a CIC3* eventing horse.

Grandam Matilde produed two 1.50m show jumpers: the KWPN licensed stallion Applaus and Zuidhoeve. From the same family are the famous Grand Prix horses Audi's Finesse (Emile Hendrix), Africa (Michael Greeve) and Sterrehof's Baccarat (Marc Houtzager).
