Standing 1.80m, Jumper van Bijsterveld is easily the tallest horse of this collection, but you hardly notice that when you are riding him. In spite of his size, Jumper is a very co-operative riding horse. He already has a lot of balance in the canter, changes legs with great ease and shows a lot of power over the fence. A very comfortable horse that feels more progressed in his training than he really is.
Jumper van Bijsterveld is bred from excellent bloodlines. His sire Cooper van de Heffinck is performing at international level under Olivier Philippaerts and grandsire Orlando van de Heffinck already has a worthy sport career behind him. The mare line produced several top-class showjumping horses. For example, grandam Isaura d’Ofen (Offen x Gentleman) is also grandam of the successful 1.60m Grand Prix showjumping horses Tiquila (Dirk Demeersman) and Everything (Cian O’Connor).
