There is every indication that Equator will later be able to handle the highest courses like his sire Vingino. This royally developed gelding already shows exceptional jumping power, good manners and is blessed with a tall striding canter. The oldest products of Vingino are 6-yr-olds and already made their first international mileage with good results. Dam Veronique descends from the KWPN stallion Nijinski, who is famous as a full brother of the successful progenitor Ustinov, and so carries the sport genes of Libero H and Nimmerdor. The stallion Purioso left breeding and the sport horses that are a pleasure to ride. He is, for example, sire of the Olympic showjumping horse Olympic Wendela ridden by Jennie Zoer and the international showjumping stallion Faldo ridden by Albert Zoer. Grandam Aida (by Purioso) produced a 1.30m level showjumping horse and is grandam of two 1.30m level showjumping horses. Her half-brother Curacau (by Exkurs xx) was a national eventing horse that also jumped at 1.30m level.
